We offer a comprehensive Landlord Gas Safety Check service which is managed and coordinated on our in house developed database.

The database has been specifically designed to offer a totally flexible service offering and can be tailored to meet individual client requirements. The core systems and processes have been developed around the Audit Commissions document "Gas Safety Guidance Notes for Landlords".

We currently complete in excess of 30,000 safety checks annually and by using a number of inventive ways of working we are successfully achieving 100% active Landlord safety certificates for two of our major clients.

 

Central Heating Installation

We will visit your property free of charge to assess your boiler and central heating requirements and will provide advice in order to improve your existing system.

The Gas Company offer a comprehensive 24 hour 365 day maintenance and repair service to over 15,000 customer sites.

The service provides planned and responsive maintenance for gas, heating, plumbing and electrical services. All repairs and breakdowns are monitored and managed on our maintenance database to ensure key response and target times are achieved. All out-of-hours calls are personally answered by dedicated on-call staff to ensure calls are prioritised and appropriate action taken.
